What we collect
In the checkout we ask for your email, name and postcode. This stays in your browser and is deleted when you reach the notice page that follows, unless you choose to be emailed. If you answer the optional question or ask us to email you, we store your answer, and your email if you gave it, together with the date and which page you came from. We use it to understand who wants this product and, if you asked, to tell you when it is available. We do not sell it.
We count visits and clicks with Umami Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across sites. We do not set cookies or load the Meta pixel on this site.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time by email. You can complain to Datatilsynet.

What this shop is
We are testing interest in a product that is not yet on sale. No payment is taken and nothing is shipped. After "Pay now" we tell you that on the next page.
What we collect and why
Checkout details. In the checkout we ask for your email, name and postcode. They stay in your browser and are deleted when you reach the notice page that follows. They are never sent to us unless you tick "Email me when SESSION ZERO is available" and press Send.
The optional question and your email. If you answer the question on the notice page, or ask us to email you, we store your answer, and your email if you gave it, with the date and which ad you came from. We use your email only to tell you when the product is available, and your answer to understand who wants it. Our legal basis is your consent. We do not sell your data.
Visit and click counts. We use Umami Analytics. It sets no cookies, does not track you across sites and does not store your IP address. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing how many people visit.
Cookies and the Meta pixel. We set no cookies and do not load the Meta pixel. Meta, which shows our ads, may record that you clicked an ad on its own platform; see Meta's privacy policy.
Who handles your data
Form entries go to our form provider, Formspree (USA), which acts as our processor. Analytics run on Umami Cloud, which also acts as our processor. Your data is processed in the EU and the USA, using the providers' standard contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it
We delete form entries 12 months after you submit them, or earlier if you ask. Analytics data is aggregated and holds no personal data.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw your consent at any time, by email to the address above. Withdrawing consent does not affect what we did before. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113).
